A. The company does not return / exchange purchased products. We will only refund you for wrong orders 24 hours after making the payment before shipping. Please double check your order.
B. The shipping timeframe is 7 - 15 business days depending on where you live, but time it may take for your parcel to be delivered will differ. Should it take longer please be advised that the delay is not our fault and the courier company will compensate the client R100. We always deliver please be patient.
